1) Google is launching a new product that will let marketers target ad campaigns to consumers using their email addresses.
2) Facebook launched the ability for businesses to add video to the carousel format. The carousel format for Facebook Ads is nothing new, but including videos in that swipe-to-view layout was impossible until now.
3) Facebook is spicing up profile photos in a big way. Users will now be able to record a short looping video, a bit like a Vine or a GIF, to use as their profile photo on mobile.
